WindowBlinds is an utility that will allow you to change the aspect of Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, NT and XP. You will be able to change the style of the title bars, butons, squares of dialogues, toolsbars, and many more objects. The sound effects will be able to be assigned to several actions of Windows, for example to press butons. You will be able to place icons in the title bars. You will even be able to place butons that execute specific programs in the title bars. To make double click in the title bars can have a specific meaning (and to execute the corresponding action). WindowBlinds comes with four skins, each one with an unique aspect. Also, you will be able to discharge new skins of the page of the author of the program. You will even be able to create your own skins.
